General
The subject of the service of “G-amboree” is the organization and realization of car meetings and events.
After you fill out the registration form, we will send you online bill in E-mail for you.
Registration fee must be paid to completing the registration.
Services
The scope of the contractual services corresponds to the description and the price information on www.gamboree.info as well as the information referring to it in the event confirmation or in the participant documents.
Risk Disclosure
Passage of terrain obstacles of all kinds with the own vehicles of the participants, rides on paths that are rarely used and that are not or only very rarely repaired, routes without winter service, cross-country rides away from roads, driving on narrow paths without edge protection, driving by poorly assessable soil conditions, avalanche, rockfall and landslide hazards, tree felling, poor weather hazards, animal dangers, crossing unconnected mobile phone areas, traversing areas without emergency assistance, rescuing fixed vehicles, removing obstacles on the route such as fallen trees, rocks, snow remains, outdoor camping activities, crossing steep slopes and crossing rivers with vehicles, crossing deserts, other dangers due to Ch arakters of travel as adventure travel / adventure events are unpredictable.
Liability waiver of the participants
Everyone takes part in the event at their own risk. The drivers declare by giving this entry the waiver of claims of any kind for damages (physical, damage to property) that arise in connection with the event, against organizers, accessories, etc. I leave the (field) roads with and outside guided tours not.
Duties of the participants
The driver has valid vehicle documents, car insurance and driver’s license.
Participant agrees that photos and video recordings of me may be made, used and distributed during the Program. No program is mandatory, participants decide which programs are visited.
The participant is obliged to take out sufficient motor vehicle liability insurance, travel sickness and accident insurance, which also covers repatriation in case of illness or emergency, for the respective travel areas and if necessary carry a valid driving license or an international driver’s license. The organizer assumes no liability for this.
The travel participant is responsible for compliance with the passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange, vaccination, traffic, health and other regulations of the travel countries. All disadvantages resulting from non-compliance with these regulations are at the expense of the user. Possible health impairments are to be communicated to the tour operator immediately.
Insurance coverage for persons and property damage is mandatory for all participating vehicles. To avoid damage, there is mandatory seatbelt for all participants during the tours as well as alcohol prohibition during the driving time for the drivers.
The participants waive any liability on the part of the organizer for all accidents or damages incurred in connection with the event, insofar as the resulting damage or accident is not due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
Resignation:
The organizer may withdraw if extraordinary circumstances occur, force majeure, weather situation or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In these cases, 80% of the total articipation fee will be refunded.
• If a participant withdraws pre – 90 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 30% will be deducted from the event.
• If a participant withdraws up to 90 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the event.
•• Within the last 30 days before the event, a withdrawal is excluded.
• If canceled, a 100% cancellation fee will be deducted
Waiver of services by the customer
If the participant declines on individual services, leaves the travel group, leaves early, does not appear or is late, the participant loses the right to reimbursement of amounts paid.
Exclusion:
Unpaid registrations will be deleted after 30 days (from date of invoice). These participants can also be excluded from the other G-amboree events!
A participant may be wholly or partially excluded if he disturbs the event or does not follow the instructions of the organizer and his assistants or instructors. In these cases the participation fee will not be refunded.
General Privacy Policy
